Sculpting Strength Session

✨ Join us June 20, 2026, for a morning of movement, breath, cold exposure, and community.

🕗 Arrive: 8:00 AM
💪 Sculpt Class: 8:15 AM – A 45-minute blend of barre, mat Pilates, and yoga led by McKenna Anderson of Kin House Studio.
🌬️ Breathwork: 9:00 AM – Guided functional & holotropic breathwork to ground and reset.
❄️ Cold Plunge: 9:15 AM – Optional guided cold plunges with Dev.
☕ Community Time: 9:30 AM – Stay and connect with coffee, juice, cookies, and other goodies available for purchase.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, towel, change of clothes, and optional light weights or resistance bands.

After registering, you'll receive the location, address, and waiver via email. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as we will begin promptly at 8:15 AM.
